Sakhi AI is MySakhiCare's AI-powered health advisor — a specialized women's health intelligence system trained on peer-reviewed medical literature and reviewed by our board of OB-GYN specialists. Sakhi AI can answer your health questions, analyze your cycle patterns, and provide evidence-based wellness recommendations. It is designed with clear ethical boundaries — it knows when to say "I don't know" and when to recommend seeing a doctor. It is not a replacement for clinical care.

Yes — MySakhiCare will be available on both iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices. We are developing native apps for both platforms simultaneously, with the goal of delivering the same premium experience regardless of your device.

Absolutely — this is one of the areas where MySakhiCare particularly shines. Most period tracker apps are calibrated for "textbook" 28-day cycles, which fails the millions of women with PCOS, irregular cycles, anovulatory cycles, or perimenopause. MySakhiCare's prediction engine is designed to work with your actual cycle data, however irregular, and we have specialized PCOS tracking tools, anti-inflammatory nutrition guidance, and Sakhi AI guidance specifically for PCOS management.

Yes — multilingual support is planned for our V1.0 public launch. We are prioritizing Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali based on waitlist demographics. Additional regional languages will follow in subsequent updates. We believe healthcare accessibility should not be limited by language barriers.

Wearable integration is planned as part of our Phase 2 rollout (Q4 2026 onwards). We are targeting Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura Ring integrations. No — absolutely not. MySakhiCare is a subscription-based health product. Our business model depends on you trusting us, not on selling your data. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal health information with third parties including advertisers, insurance companies, employers, or data brokers.

MySakhiCare is designed to comply with: HIPAA (USA health data standards), GDPR (European data protection), and the DPDP Act 2023 (India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act). We obtain explicit, informed consent before collecting any data and support your right to data portability and deletion at any time.

Yes — you have complete control. You can delete your account and all associated health data at any time. Data deletion requests are processed within 14 business days, including data in our backup systems. You can also export your complete health data in standard formats before deleting.

We operate a zero-knowledge architecture where individual health records are not accessible to MySakhiCare employees. Data processing occurs in isolated, access-controlled environments. Any analysis performed for product improvement uses only anonymized, aggregated data — never individual health profiles.

User conversations with Sakhi AI are never directly used to retrain the AI model. Any learning that occurs is based on anonymized, aggregated interaction patterns — never linked to individual identities or health profiles. Your conversations are stored encrypted and used only to provide your personalized AI experience.

No — and we want to be very clear about this. MySakhiCare is a health companion, not a medical provider. Sakhi AI provides health education and wellness guidance based on published medical evidence. It cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace clinical care. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.

For most women, MySakhiCare's cycle tracking and wellness features are safe to use alongside existing medical care. However, if you have a serious reproductive health condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery or a major diagnosis, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new health tracking app.

MySakhiCare includes specialized tracking and guidance features for PCOS and irregular cycles. It does not diagnose these conditions, but it can help you track patterns, understand your cycle better, and build a health data record useful for appointments with your doctor. Our features are designed with these conditions in mind.

All health content, AI response patterns, nutritional recommendations, and fitness guidance in MySakhiCare is reviewed and approved by our Medical Advisory Board — which includes OB-GYN specialists, endocrinologists, nutritionists, and mental health professionals. We cite peer-reviewed medical literature as the basis for all recommendations.

MySakhiCare includes comprehensive fertility support tools: ovulation prediction, fertile window calculation, BBT tracking, cervical mucus monitoring, and pregnancy planning timelines. These tools are designed to support fertility awareness — they are not a substitute for medical fertility treatment. If you are experiencing difficulty conceiving, please consult a reproductive endocrinologist.

We have not announced final pricing yet. However, founding members who join the waitlist today will receive 3 months of premium access completely free at launch, and will be locked in to our founding member pricing — which will be lower than our standard pricing permanently. Yes — we plan to offer a free tier with core cycle tracking features. Premium features (Sakhi AI, hormonal dashboard, cycle syncing, health reports, PCOS tools, and advanced fertility features) will be available through a subscription. Founding members get 3 months of premium free.

Yes — we will support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular Indian payment apps at launch. We want to ensure payment is as frictionless as possible for our primary market.

Access to women's health tools should not be determined by income. We are actively working on subsidized access programs for students, women in lower-income brackets, and NGO partnerships. Details will be shared at launch. In the meantime, the free tier will always include core tracking features.
